The farm of Kopaida is located in the area of Aliartos in Viotia, 120 km north of Athens. It sits in an area of 1,000 acres and is divided into 11 parcels cultivated with arable crops (cotton, maize, alfalfa, cereals, etc.). The soil is rich in organic matter and calcium. There is an underground irrigation system installed which serves the surface irrigation. There is also a modern weather station, which automatically records data collected by sensors charged with measuring air and ground temperature, solar radiation, atmospheric humidity and wind speed at various levels.
The farm is also equipped with agricultural machinery and work items. There is a house for the staff, two canopies for the sheltering of agricultural gear and the storage of harvested products.
